Your MoveSmart Advisor will provide you with a top agent in your area within 24 hours. If you would like more choices, we are happy to provide additional agents for comparison. However, in order to be eligible to receive a buyer rebate, you are required to rent or buy using our preferred agent.

There’s no cost for using a buyer’s agent. It’s completely free! Buyer’s agents are well-networked with access to multiple listing service (MLS), home inspectors and lenders and can help negotiate for the best possible home price.
Buyer’s agents are the first to see when listings go live, even before they show up on Zillow or other sites. They may also have insider information and know about listings even before they hit the market. They can let you know immediately when properties are available so you can make an offer before the competition arrives.
Once you’ve chosen a property, buyer agents can also help you negotiate your offer, schedule inspections, appraisal, and help renegotiate your offer should you find anything in the inspection. They’ll stay with you through closing and beyond.
Pre-approval is the first step in the home buying process. While we don’t require pre-approval, once you are pre-approved, you’ll understand what your monthly payments will be and determine what you can afford. In most places you cannot make an offer to purchase a home without a pre-approval letter. If you need to get pre-approved we recommend discussing with your agent and asking for a lender referral.
